RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you have bought a pair of shoes from balddot.com and are not satisfied with your order we will gladly help you to return or exchange the shoes.
The shoes can be exchanged or returned within 14 days form purchase. Exchange or return is only considered if the shoes are as new. They should be in the same condition as you received them.
Exchange:
All exchanges are at your own expense. Please follow exchange instructions as below:
1. Please send an email to: contact@balddot.com where you explain what you wish to do.
2. Please send the shoes with a mail service where it is possible to track the parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the product until we have received it.
3. Send the parcel to below address:

4. When we have received the parcel we will send you an email and let you know that the product is ok to proceed with exchange or not.
5. After we have confirmed that the exchange is ok (if the product is as new) we will send you your new product.
Return:

4. When we have received the parcel we will send you an email and let you know that the product is ok as a return or not.
5. After we have confirmed that the return is ok (if the product is as new) we will transfer the money paid for the product back to you. The transaction will take app. 5-10 bank days.
